The Golf Club Grand Ducal pioneered the game of golf in Luxembourg.  It has a strong sense of tradition, reflected in the understated opulence of the Clubhouse behind its discrete facade. The course is set in wooded parkland with many hundred-year-old trees and its classic design is typical of the 1930s.  The tight tree-lined fairways reward the straight shot, put a premium on placement and require constant concentration.
